This brief, but powerful, 20 minute practice will support your awakening to the natural rhythm that is your own inner confidence. You can listen to it anytime, anywhere, when you need a confidence boost - we all need them from time to time –to scrape off the debris that has covered up what has always been yours, or simply to relax and let go.

Every journey has a starting point, right here and now, from which you will grow, evolve and transform. Some inner questions that may arise are:
- Do I want to change?
- What do I want?
- Do I have faith and confidence that I can attain and receive it?
- What is my first step?
Once you live in these questions, and decide to live your life differently, opportunities will come your way that will require you to move into areas that are out of your comfort zone….often WAY OUT! That means you are headed in the right direction.
As T.S. Eliot said:
“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.”
A calm, relaxed body and mind that are communicating fluidly together can prepare the way for your fullest expression. It is through breathing fully and mindfully that confidence and clear focus are supported. Being present now, and now, and now….
One of the most important companions that we carry around with us at all times is the breath. There is an ancient Chinese proverb that says, how one breathes is how one lives their life. If that is so, how would you like to breathe? Do you have a shallow, tight contracted “security” breath? Or do you have an open, expansive, easy and pleasurable life giving breath? The breath is one of our physiological functions that we can change at will, and use as a means to stay healthy, vibrant, and aware. Watching how you breathe can bring great awareness to any moment. It may be here that you first start on your journey on the path to the art of embodied confidence.

- Have God-given gifts that only people can receive from YOU!
- Have absolute trust and confidence
- Come from a place of curious expectation in very opportunity that presents itself
That is your birthright and how you came into this world. Our time in this life gives us unlimited opportunities to practice, to make mistakes, and to uncover the magnificent being that we are!
There are at least three universal principles that manifest in your breathing. They are:
- Rhythm
- there is a natural pattern of breathing that supports your vibrancy and thriving, thus your confidence. We had this as a small baby and child. It is still there!
- Transmutation
- Energy moves into physical form. The breath is energy moving in and out of you. You receive your breath and you give it back out into the world. It brings you life energy. Without it you would no longer be here. With “fight or flight” breath you live in fear and resistance. With a full vibrant breath you have the opportunity to create, love, and fully express.
- Vibration
- Everything vibrates, nothing rests. All matter vibrates and attracts similar vibration patterns. Breathing fully (body) with awareness (mind), and connected to your emotional state (heart) creates self knowing and confident action in your life.
Breathing for Confidence 101 will:
