Bali Institute for Global Renewal
The Bali Institute for Global Renewal is the premier world learning center that offers leadership and global activism training, multicultural and intergenerational dialogs and transformative learning to become a global citizen around your passion to make a difference in the world.   We offer several programs specifically for women over 50 who share a deep sense of "calling" to help generate the kind of world they want to leave for their children and grandchildren.  All programs are offered in Ubud, Bali.  The Balinese culture has much to provide about learning to heal, forgive and live harmoniously with one another and our planet.  For more information, visit www.baliinstitute.org

The most sacred and beauty filled moments of my life were spent in Bali, Indonesia a couple of years ago where I attended the Quest for Global Healing Conference with Desmond Tutu.  Marcia Jaffe, the creator behind the Institute, told me that my life would change once I made the decision to go.  She couldn't have been more accurate.  After spending 17 days in Bali, some in Ubud, and some traveling about the island, I was transformed into a global citizen and realized the potential and possibilities that were around me at all times.  My time there was magical, deeply spiritual, heart opening, and a vehicle to realize and manifest the gifts that I uniquely have to bring.  I fell in love with the people, the land, and myself....and through that process awakened to the activist in me that is passionate about making a difference in the world!  G.A.

Are you ready to make a difference in the world? Come explore the next steps to being the difference you want to make.

Why Bali?

The Balinese perspectives on leadership and integral living will provide a fascinating context for expanding your capacity as global leaders in the 21st century. This gorgeous island is one of the most peaceful, beautiful places on earth, and was the recent location for the 2007/08 United Nations Climate Change Conference. Bali’s rich, relationship-oriented culture has much to offer about learning to live harmoniously with one another and our planet. Imagine the excitement and transformative opportunities you’ll have in exploring the emergence of a new kind of sustainable leadership that emanates from indigenous wisdom and is grounded in an exchange of cutting-edge leadership practices.
